Newmarket Minor Softball Association
NMSA will adopt the Town of Newmarket's proposed "Municipal Sports Fields and Playground No Smoking Bylaw" for the 2012 season
This means people will not be allowed to smoke within 10 meters of all municipal sports fields, playgrounds and other outdoor youth-related pilot project sites, including the free-ride bike park.

Service Pricing Policy Feedback
The Town of Newmarket is currently looking for the Communities feedback on our Service Pricing Policy.
In 2005, a Service Pricing Policy was launched to provide balance, fairness, sustainability and long-term planning when it came to our fees and charges- for things such as facility rental costs (i.e. field rental fees), recreation and culture programs, water, licensing, and building permits.
The policy provides structure to balance the extent a service or program would be supported by the community through taxes or by participants.
How you can help;
It was a five-year plan and now it is time to review it. We want to know what you think.
Please take a few minutes to complete a brief survey on the future of Newmarket's fees and charges at www.newmarket.ca or
Thank you in advance for any help you are able to provide in regards to promoting this on your websites as this is a great benefit to the users to be able to provide input.
