Refund Policy

  • Refunds before April 30th, 2025 may be subject to a $35 fee 
  • Refunds between May 1st and May 30th , 2025 are subject to an $80 fee
  • No refunds will be given after June 1st, 2025
  • Refunds exclude any banking, payment processing or convenience fees.

Registration information

Celebrating 50 years of Softball!

Our registration remains open for our U15 program only. The customer will enter 2025U1580 at checkout. The value of the discount is $80.00 off. One sale item qualifies for the discount. All qualifying items will be discounted in each order. Friend requests are no longer possible at this time of the season and will rostered to the available team. Thank you for your understanding. 

All other age divisions are now on closed for the season. Thank you for your interest with Newmarket Stingers. Keep an eye on our socials when our fall/winter training starts in October. Please note we typically open registration in February and rosters for teams are confirmed by end of April.

Our Youth House League Registration Fees for 2025 season are the following:

JR BEES  $160

U9 Girls 5Pitch $250

U11 & U13  $275

U15 & U17+  $300

House League Registration Fees

Includes:

  • Safe-space softball programming 
  • Trained coaches
  • Best diamonds and field conditions in the region
  • Team Jersey
  • Team and/or player photo
  • End of Year Recognition Award (example: banner, medal, trophy)
  • Permit fees paid to the Town of Newmarket
  • Umpire fees
  • Access to team equipment which includes bats, balls, bases, and catcher's gear, pitching machine, nets, sliding mat etc.
  • Insurance coverage 
  • Unlimited Fun, Friendships and Skills.

Other NMSA Details

  • All players, parents and spectators must follow the NMSA code of conduct.
  • Please note that while we will try to accommodate one friend request, this may not always be possible.
  • Teams may be adjusted during the first few weeks of the season for team balancing
  • All infielders U9 and older must wear CSA approved infielder mask while playing/practicing in the infield positions.
  • No unauthorized video recording allowed at our permitted diamonds.
