Our new online system is designed to make registrations quick and easy (we recommend filling out these online forms from a laptop or tablet). Just follow these 4 simple steps:
STEP 1: You will asked to create a unique Newmarket Stingers SportsEngine account. You only need to create an account once, unless you need to update information or add another child/player/coach. You are now officially part of our Hive! If you are already have a SportsEngine account with another organization (ie. Central York Girls Hockey, Durham Region Soccer Association, Ontario Soccer, Ontario Volleyball, Ontario Minor Hockey Association, etc), you can to sign into your existing account and "add" your name or your child's name to Newmarket Minor Softball Association.
STEP 2: Choose the registration form you need from the list below and click on it.
STEP 3: Complete the requested information by filling out all the applicable fields in the electronic form and submit. You can make payment using Visa or MasterCard. If you'd like to pay by cheque or etransfer, select "pay offline" and the Newmarket Stingers will contact you with instructions for e-transfer, cheque or cash.
STEP 4: If you registered to be a coach or volunteer, you can expect to hear from Stingers within a couple of days. If you registered to play ball, you'll be contacted before the start of the season with your team assignment and details on when and where you'll be playing.

COVID-19 Refund Policy for the 2021 season: We will provide a full refund of registration fees paid if the season is cancelled or if you wish to withdraw your player this season due to COVID-19 concerns. Refunds exclude any banking, payment processing or convenience fees. We are still optimistic that there will be softball this summer even if it's a shortened season. We are encouraging everyone to register their player online and select the "pay later" option. If we're given the green light to proceed, it's important that coaches know how to contact you quickly.
