Our new online system is designed to make registrations quick and easy. Just follow these 4 simple steps:
STEP 1: Sign up with SportsEngine to create your unique account. If you are already a SportsEngine account holder with another organization (ie. Central York Girls Hockey, Durham Region Soccer Association, Ontario Soccer, Ontario Volleyball, Ontario Minor Hockey Association, Peterborough Baseball Association etc), you are able to sign into your existing account and "add" your name or your child's name to Newmarket Minor Softball Association.
STEP 2: Choose which registration form you need from the list below and click on it. Timbits Softball co-ed ( 2014-16), 5-pitch co-ed (2012-13), U10 girls (2010-11), U12 girls (2008-09), U14 girls (2006-07), U16 (2004-05), U19 girls (2001-03)
STEP 3: Complete the requested information on your electronic form, submit and pay using your Visa or MasterCard. If you'd like to pay by cheque or etransfer, select "pay offline" and NMSA will contact you with instructions for e-transfer, cheque or cash.
STEP 4: If you registered to be a coach or volunteer, you can expect to hear from NMSA within 1-2 days. If you registered to play ball, you'll be contacted before the start of the season with your team assignment and details on when and where you'll be playing.

Refund Policy:
COVID-19 Refund Policy for the 2020 season: We will provide a full refund of registration fees paid if the season is cancelled or if you wish to withdraw your player this season due to COVID-19 concerns. Refunds exclude any banking, payment processing or convenience fees. We are still optimistic that there will be softball this summer even if it's a shortened season. We are encouraging everyone to register their player online and select the "pay later" option. If we're given the green light to proceed, it's important that coaches know how to contact you quickly.
