Our Jr. Bees Softball program is built on the framework of Softball Canada's revolutionary way of introducing the sport of Softball to children.

Activities are included which foster the involvement of ALL players, including players with high and low skill levels. The child will experience excitement, enjoyment and success. Activities and lead-up games are patterned after informal playground games that promise an hour of FUN and LOTS OF ACTION. Participants will go home at the end of the day happy and tired while improving their fitness level.

Our U9 5-Pitch program expands on the skills learned in Jr Bees & moves your child to a 30 minute practice followed by a 1 hour, 5 inning game (time permitted). Start time is 6:15 PM. In the early part of the season, coaches will pitch 5 balls to each batter on their own team. Each batter has 5 pitches to hit a ball into play. This structure allows players to develop the fundamentals of hitting, running the bases & positional fielding. Fun play is at the heart of 5-Pitch. A team jersey is included. Player to provide glove, helmet, and fielder mask. New for 2025 season we are expanding our practice and inter-association league schedule, and plan to field a select team to compete in a couple of weekend tournaments. This would be in addition to the player's houseleague commitments.

Our Girls U15 (14&15yrs), U17+ (16 to 21yrs) programs offer a more competitive 90 minute game (time permitted).  One night for games, 2nd night for practices. No weekends. Season ends Mid-August. Players to continue developing the fundamentals of hitting, base running, positional fielding & game strategy. Fun play, team-building & friendships are at the heart of our House League program. A team jersey is included. It is required players have their own in-field face mask, glove, helmet, and soft cleats.  A bat is recommended.

U15 2025 Tuesday practice and some games and Thursday game night at 8:30pm. Games scheduled with Barrie Minor Softball, location vary with home games at Ray Twinney.

U17+ (U21) 2025 Monday  game nights and Wednesday practice night.  Scheduled games with Barrie Minor Softball, locations vary with home games at Ray Twinney.

Our Girls U11 (10&11ys)& U13 (12&13yrs) programs expands your child into a full 90 minute game. Games start at 6:45 PM. One night for games, 2nd night for practices. No weekends. Season ends Mid-August. Ideal for players new to the sport as well as players who have learned some of the fundamentals. This structure allows players to continue developing the fundamentals of hitting, base running, positional fielding & game strategy. Fun play, team-building & friendships are at the heart of our House League program. A team jersey is included. It is required players have their own in-field face mask, glove, helmet, and soft cleats. A bat is not required.

U11 2025  Tuesday game nights and Thursday practice nights. First pitch at 645pm for games and at various locations. Schedule in loop with Aurora Diggers and Bradford Tigers.

U13 2025  Monday practice night and Wednesday game nights. First pitch 645pm and at various locations. Schedule in loop with Aurora Diggers and Bradford Tigers. Friendlies scheduled with Barrie Minor SA this season so a couple games travel to Barrie this season.
